Eric and his team are always available and are very helpful throughout the sometimes complicated court/settlement process. I contacted the Firouzbakht Law Firm after I got into a bad motorcycle accident. Being a college student, I knew I did not have the time or knowledge to talk to the different insurance companies. Eric Firouzbakht did all the work. He worked around my school schedule and fought for my case. I greatly appreciate his hard work and patience. I would 100% recommend them for car accident cases. I was doing research when my accident just occur in Denver Colorado. I spoke with Eric and he gave me all details and walk to the bottom with me and make sure I understand everything and also attorney will provide you with everything you need to know. Since when ERIC introduce me to his assistant. the law firm wasn’t able to provide me with better service. ALWAYS the attorney assistance is not professional AT ALL!!!!! I call to speak with attorney and she answered and have me explain myself once start talking to her she cut me off and say a word and HANG UP THE PHONE. IT DIDNT HAPPEN ONCE NOT TWICE, happen at least 5 times and always attorney assistance. The firm has 5 start with friendly staff and insane attorney. But since when I got introduced Eric assistant , she Force and put pressure on just to forcibly understand the claim process. YOU WANT PEACE DO NOT DEAL WITH ATTORNEY ASSISTANT YOU WANT GOOD SETTLEMENT OR COMMUNICATION IS ONLY ATTORNEY WILL HELPS AND MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING YOU SEE OR YOU DOING AS TREATMENT. I wish I had her name to tag her so everyone will be aware of how attorney assistance DO NOT FULFILL HER DUTIES AND HELP US ON OUR CASE AS SHE SHOULD.
