I highly recommend Eric Benavides. I got a DWI and was recommended by a family member to use Eric. I called him and left a message and he responded fast. My court was in a week and he worked fast to get me set up. Benavides made the whole process easy. It wasn’t looking good at first but he was able to get me pretrial intervention. Just got my case dismissed and can now move on peacefully. He’s super professional and helped ease my mind throughout the length of everything which was lengthy due to Covid. I personally am not related to Eric Benavides although we share the same last name. People usually think that some reviews are false so I thought I'd mention that. This man is definitely a top tier Houston lawyer in my book. Especially when you know in your heart that you are innocent and he just puts the topping on the cake to help you prove that to the court system. I was facing a serious criminal case that got thrown out of court thanks to Eric. This guy responded to me personally everyday when I needed him most for answers and questions. With Mr. Benavides you don't get a third party you get what you pay for. I personally recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer who will be on YOUR side through it all.

I should have done this review sooner. However, I just can’t thank Lawyer’s Benavidez & his Law Firm enough for the great service they provided for my family and I. This case was for my husband’s 3rd dwi. Unfortunately my husband he ended up getting an Ice hold and ended up in jail. Luckily, Mr.Benavidez was able to come into terms with the prosecutor and an agreed for the felony to gow down as a misdemeanor with time served (total of 4mo. approximately). My husband was released 3 days after court and had the Ice hold removed and now we are in the process of legalizing his status. At all times, Mr.Benavidez was polite and understanding of the situation every time I reached out to ask about the case. He even allowed me to watch the videos when I met him in person since with COVID a lot of places are more stricter. I mean great lawyer who cares for his clients! I also referred one of my friends to him who was also a successful case this month (Aug. 2021). Again thank you for your services and I will keep referring you!
