Terrible service, unprofessional and lack of communication. Not willing to fight for my 82 year old mother and 63 year old sister that were injured in a hit & run, even after GEICO admitted responsibility. I called my contact unprofessional since I left 3 messages the last time and after 2 weeks she still hadn't returned my call. This wasn't the first time I had to reach out to her and not get a response from her. I had to call again, demand to speak to someone else to complain and guess what? She answered the call, after calling her unprofessional, she said she could no longer represent me. Truth hurts? She called my mother the next day and was rude and loudly told her the same thing. Christians? Maybe not all of their employees. They should do their job & FIGHT for their clients. They left my mother hanging with bills she can't pay now, still hurting and a vehicle not repaired. If I could give a negative 10+, I would.

After a bit of a bump in the road during my initial phone call to Simmons and Fletcher, I was contacted by Paul Cannon, an attorney with the firm. Mr. Cannon turned the situation around in the very best way! He apologized, for the miscommunication and was professional and very thorough while we spoke. I made an appointment at the firm tomorrow, so that they can further review my case. Mr. Cannon is an important asset to Simmons and Fletcher, because he was able to turn a negative situation into a very positive one! Thank you, Mr. Cannon, for all of your help!
