I will recommend anyone that gets in a car accident to used Simmom Fletcher they or very nice and understanding when I comes too there clients my Assistance was Miss Ann Marie she was soooooo wonderful she will return your call on time and she's a very understanding person trust me they will get the job done and make sure you get all yo money from yo pain and suffering thanks again you guys was soooooo wonderful

I called and asked to call me back when it was convenient for them. When the person called me I asked her if she could me back at a different time because I was just leaving my home for my dialysis treatment. She didn’t seem to understand why I couldn’t talk right then! Then she never called me back. She didn’t seem to comprehend why talking on my way to dialysis was inconvenient. Then I called them back and she said they just weren’t able or weren’t interested in taking my case. I guess it was just a waste of my time!
