I had an ongoing criminal misdemeanor gun case for 2 weeks that I was having trouble getting dismissed with another attorney. After hiring David Breston he was able to get my case dismissed the next day ! He worked with me through out the whole case and was very professional the whole way through. Would recommend to friends and family, was hesitant at first but he is the real deal.

The bottom-line with Attorney David Breston is he actually cares! He’s proactive, diligent and most importantly to me, RESPONSIVE! I never felt like I was ignored or my concerns being dismissed. I never felt, “where’s my money going?”. I wasn’t pinched for more cash. (I hope!) And I think this gentleman works daily and nightly and everyday of the week. He contacted me twice at surprising hours. 7:30 am on the 4th of July and noon-ish on a Sunday. Blew my mind that his work—my problems—were handled as quickly as humanly possible. He told me to relax. He told me not to worry. And he was absolutely right! Case dismissed!

I can't say enough. Mr Breston is quite meek in his practice method, but not weak at all. I had the absolute worse scenario of a false allegation someone can have, an absolute nightmare. Mr Breston stood up for me, pushed me in the right direction, and in the end we prevailed. He managed to accomplish what seemed impossible to most. Whoever the woman is answering the phones is so rude…. WOW!!!! Was considering using this firm but if that’s who they have answering the phone who just had a bad attitude and cut me off I will just call the next lol 😂😂😂😂 just WOW!!!!! And I’m very polite. I wouldn’t hire her to work at the dollar general with that attitude beware yall… she’s not nice or happy about her job when you call her you’re an inconvience to her. Maybe have someone else answer the main phone line. I called June 17th at 11:05am
