I was able to interact with Mr. Isai Contreras (an intake specialist in this firm) and he was extremely pleasant, professional, and has excellent communication skills. I was having a rough day and admittedly was not very polite when he answered the phone, and I never would have known the difference as his attitude was so endearing, calming and supportive. I was certainly being a ‘Karen’ and I have never encountered anyone who seemed so enjoyable despite my attitude. He is certainly a fine employee and my impression of the AK law firm is tenth fold for this intensely positive experience I had with him. I look forward to the future of my case with this firm.
