We called Cordt Akers to help with my son's public intoxication charge. I was more than impressed with his creativity and attention to detail. The time he put into my son's case, even though it was a misdemeanor, blew me away. He made a point to keep us as updated as much as possible and even gave us reminders of important deadlines and court dates. Regardless if your problem is big or small, don't hesitate in calling Cordt. Hopefully we won't be needing his services again, but I know who we'll be calling if we do.

Caldwell was wonderful. He was willing to work with me and he just settled my case....No muss No fuss.

DUI case was dismissed after a lot of focus and smart use of evidence by Cordt. He leveraged feedback from my friends and science to drive the court to dismiss my case. Professional and hard working.

I'm typically hesitant to recommend anyone for anything, but Mr. Akers is the exception. I was charged with a crime which could affect not only my job but my career. Mr. Akers took exceptionally good care of my case, kept me updated by either phone or email. I found him easy to access, quick to respond, confident, but not cocky. He's a true professional. He prepared me for the worst case scenario, and what he thought would happen, but he kept working behind the scenes and managed to get my case dismissed, something I didn't expect. Mr. Akers represented me when I was charged with felony theft. I was accused of stealing a bag which contained items belonging to off-duty police officers. A felony conviction of this nature would have prevented me from practicing my chosen career. Mine started with a questionable case of DWI in Texas. From the time of my arrest to my first arraignment, Serious doubt surrounded my case. The tough question was how would to approach a decision to plea of go to trial. I was assured that through the process their truthful guidance and straight forward approach if possible, would work to get me what the law allows, a fair shot, and someone to see It through to the end. Not only did they do what they said they would, my case was dismissed and all the credit has to go to my lawyer and his team at Cogdell Law. I felt more than a minute of stress as this case moved forward from resets to set backs. But never did the professionalism of Cordt do anything, but reassure my confidence in him and his efforts moving my case to a final result of a dismissal. I put myself in the position of needing lawyer. Unfortunately most don't have a guide that gives a name of the good one's you can really count on.
