Wanted to share my experience with Weston Legal. Unfortunately last year I had to file for bankruptcy. After looking through several firms, I found that Weston Legal had great experience and reviews regarding this issue, so I contacted them. I was surprised to get a response within a few hours. Jessica A. was the first person to contact me and she was very helpful in explaining what the process would be. Whenever I had a question Jessica A. would always respond in a timely manner. Weston legal was able to help me resolve my case within a few months. I highly recommend them.

After learning I was being sued for old debt bought by a debt collector I was so confused. I wasn't even aware that could happen. After learning this lawsuit was legit, I weighed out a few options over a few days after being served, I received randomly Weston Legals advertisement in the mail. I never read junk mail and for whatever reason that day I opened this envelope to see what they were selling. Once I realized they were offering to provide their legal services for my case, I did a little research online about how well they ran their practice. They did have great reviews and a pretty positive success rate of getting cases dismissed I decided to hire them. Very straight forward with information about my case and the chances of the outcome being good or bad was never hidden. Once I agreed to the contract and payment arrangements, they went into immediate action. My case was postponed multiple times but I felt once the last rescheduled date was set for 2.22.22 I was immediately certain this was going to be the one where I win or lose. The number 2 being my lucky and favorite number, it was fate that on that day, my case was dismissed! I owe it all to the hard work and great communication of Trent Simms at Weston Legal. Very clear and honest information and cared about my questions being answered with the upmost respect no matter how minimal it may have seemed at the time, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time.
