We are happy to find Weston Legal PLLC to defend a case for us. Mr. Casey Smith (Go Cougars!), who took care of our case, provided professional guidance, solutions and clear timeline. He was also very responsive and friendly. Weston Legal PLLC charges very reasonable service fees and has easy payment options. We have a pleasant experience with the law firm and would definitely keep this team for any legal advice. Highly recommend Casey to anyone who needs help!

Had the experience to work with the Weston Legal on my first time with Bankruptcy. I had Jessica A., Assisting me from the start to finish. She kept me in the loop on every step of the way from changes to what the loan people wanted to see on my side with paperwork etc.. She called me after hours due to my work schedule. When we went to court I spoke with Mr. Weston, in which he explained everything to me the day before. He answered any questions I had as well. Even though Bankruptcy isn't beneficial to your credit score in anyway, I would recommend the Weston Legal Team to take on any bankruptcy Litigation battle. Well worth the money and The reviews are great. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING TO GO DOWN THIS ROAD.

I hired Weston Legal to handle a couple of debts. While as a new customer they were great and eager to resolve Some accounts. But over time, the lack of response from Jessica and lack of help was utterly a waste of time and money. I offered on several occasion for a certain amount for settling a few accounts and she would basically respond that the companies wouldn’t agree to that amount not to delete the baddie from credit report. Unbeknownst, I had already done my homework on several credit repair forums and knew what companies were settling for and if they were removing reporting after payment. One the sites, explicit states that it would delete after payment. I was able to settle my last 5 accounts for less than what Weston Legal suggested and had the accounts deleted by contacting the debt collector directly! Good luck, do the work yourself! On the other hand, Reem was great to work with.
