Thanks to Robert D. and Weston Legal Team they helped me with an urging Lawsuit filed against me. As if this past year was not enough to cope with the horrific COVID outbreak and how it effected our lives to the need of dealing with a lawsuit that had been filed on me. I had been slammed with so many marketing mail letters of Debt lawyers offering services that it was so frightening to know which Legal provider to choose. They helped me with a credit card issue and answered all questions I had. Of course they were professional and did get the settlement resolved, even managed to knock some of the total amount off which helped. I hate that it had a flat rate of $1500 for their service but I suppose it's better than a lot of other prices out there, and they let me pay monthly which helped. Overall I'd recommend their services to others looking for an affordable option for representation.

My experience with the staff at Weston Legal, PLLC, was during this pandemic and we were not able to visit with each other "Live" but I did zoom with my attorney which made me feel very comfortable with my account. Ryan was not only very personable, informative and comforting to me but his staff at the office or home offices were, too, in particular Jessica Anderson. Jessica A. consistently made me feel alot less anxious- whether she answered my sometimes dumb emails or phone calls-she just made me feel very calm and less nervous about the bankruptcy process. Jessica also kept me involved and informed about any changes via status reports all the while keeping in mind my timeframe for my bankruptcy. I also dealt with Mr. Casey for my initial contact with the process and payments processing, which, I thank the Weston Legal office for setting up for me since I am on a fixed income and the monthly payments were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone who is in need of bankruptcy counseling and filing.
