Wow, Nick is amazing! I contacted the firm and was not expecting him to answer the phone. He was very informative and gave genuine advice on starting a LLC. After conversing with him I knew this was the firm for me and the very next day I sealed the deal. Every time I speak to Nick he is always nice, patient, and overall a great lawyer! Lindsey Lewis is an amazing attorney. She is honest, upfront and realistic about your case. She doesn't sugar cost things. I appreciate her honesty and family morals. It goes a long way! I've now worked with Nick on two separate occasions and I'll always go to him for all of my future attorney needs. First, he setup my LLC in Dallas, Texas and once I moved to Upstate, NY he dissolved my business in Texas and setup my S Corp in my current location. It's stressful enough moving across the country while maintaining your business.
