I got into an accident, no fault of my own, and my car was totalled. I had gap insurance that was supposed to cover the difference of the insurance pay out and what was owed. Well, the creditior still sued me, despite having gap insurance. We went to Weston Legal and Ryan Y. was our assigned attorney. We refused to settle for a debt that was not ours and Ryan was not scared to litigate in the courtroom on our behalf. He got the case dismissed! I am beyond satisfied. Thank you, Ryan!

I really didn’t want to file for bankruptcy and tried my best for years to stay above water. Then the realization hit me that millionaires, billionaires and corporations do this all the time with no penalty. Hell they even get multiple handouts from the government on taxpayers dimes.I received an add in the mail for Weston Legal and glad I did. The process at first seemed very intimidating and I thought I had an arduous hill ahead of me to climb. In the end the process was fairly smooth, simple and eye opening. Mrs. Garcia was very polite and professional and I’m more than happy with the results. Glad to have this opportunity to start over with the little time I have left on this planet and do the right things with my finances baring another catastrophic health diagnosis. I only deducted a star because communication was hit or miss during a part of this process and I had to go to the office to see if they forgot about me since emails/phone calls were sporadic in nature until then. At the end of the day I understand that the lawyers and paralegals must be inundated with cases and they can’t answer every little nagging question but it still would be nice to at least get a response nonetheless. But all that matters is the result and I’m thankful for the help and the ending to this journey.
