I found Weston Legal while searching the web. I had a bad experience with a credit card company that filed a debtor suit against me. Weston was very quick to respond and quickly put my mind to rest on what would happen during the entire process. Casey Smith was fantastic in his knowledge of the process and explaining exactly how things would transpire in order and advising me that I did not need to settle should I choose not to do so. He kept me abreast of all filings and scheduled trial dates. I had a health issue that would have made it difficult for me to attend. Casey immediately filed for a continuance and I had plenty of time to recuperate. This morning Casey called me with the best news I could have expected, the Judge had issued a Non-Suit and it was all over. I was so excited, I immediately paid my remaining balance. LET ME TELL YOU.. I found them online they had the best reviews when it comes to fighting debt please use them. I had Courtney handling my husband case and she was wonderful. They communicated and reached a settlement at the lowest amount! When I say I was so surprised and happy it went from a 6020.20 dollar debt to a 350 dollar debt they are great.
