When I decided to finally take the leap and file for BK, I had no idea who to turn to since this was a first for me. It was scary, confusing and really I just wanted to ignore it but, I had to do something. I went with Weston Legal. The non judgmental professionalism and patience they showed me made the whole process easy and simple. It was hard work for sure but working with Jessica Anderson was top notch. She was caring, patient, understanding and downright funny! The personal touch she gave during the whole process put my mind at ease. She was always available whenever I had a question and I would recommend Weston Legal to anyone who is thinking of filing for BK. I never plan on doing this again but, if I need to, I will always go to Weston. Thank you guys! In a tough and scary year, you helped me tremendously. Onward!

My experience with the staff at Weston Legal, PLLC, was during this pandemic and we were not able to visit with each other "Live" but I did zoom with my attorney which made me feel very comfortable with my account. Ryan was not only very personable, informative and comforting to me but his staff at the office or home offices were, too, in particular Jessica Anderson. Jessica A. consistently made me feel alot less anxious- whether she answered my sometimes dumb emails or phone calls-she just made me feel very calm and less nervous about the bankruptcy process. Jessica also kept me involved and informed about any changes via status reports all the while keeping in mind my timeframe for my bankruptcy. I also dealt with Mr. Casey for my initial contact with the process and payments processing, which, I thank the Weston Legal office for setting up for me since I am on a fixed income and the monthly payments were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone who is in need of bankruptcy counseling and filing.

I mainly dealt with Jessica who always responded quickly. She is very knowledgeable and always had the right answer ,advice and explained things as to why and when they would happen.
