Extremely knowledgeable and very professional! Katherine Boyd was able to assist me with the title review and mineral ownership on a property outside of San Antonio, TX. She was able to quickly gather and review pertinent documents/records from the mid 1800’s to present, regarding the mineral estate for a 5+ acre piece of land. She gave me confidence in my purchase, by determining exactly who owned the oil, gas and mineral estate, for the property.
