I'm a Realtor and was having issues with a seller and their agent. I had never used a real estate attorney before. The receptionist took my information and within 45 -minutes the owner of the law firm called me personally. (Very Impressive) He was a great listener and did not rush me off the phone. (Pleasantly Surprised) He sent my information to one of his attorneys and I received his call within an hour. The attorney I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and held my hand through the whole process. He even took over communication between myself and the seller. I received the outcome I wanted and having Silberman Law Firm on my side alleviate the stress I was under and made me feel great knowing I was being protected throughout the whole transaction. Working with Katherine was a joy! She was responsive, knowledgable and extremely prepared. Chris Heald at Silberman drafted my father's and my wills and power of attorney documents. Chris is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and just as important, he is efficient and caring. The cost of the packages is affordable and provided everything we needed. Chris was respectful and patient in answering my 90-year-old dad's questions, and made him feel very comfortable. My dad had moved from Florida to Texas, and Chris handled everything to ensure that there would be no issues upon my dad's death. I highly recommend Silberman for estate planning.
