Kathryn put together our estate planning documents and the process was efficient and easier than expected. She provided the documents for our review along with a list of questions we needed to consider to complete the documents. Kathryn answered all of our questions and referred us to a colleague who was able to assist in establishing an LLC for some rental property. She was the right combination of informative, knowledgeable and persistent in encouraging us to finalize our documents, and we would absolutely recommend her to others who need to address estate planning needs.

I cannot say enough about Attorney, Grace An with Silberman Law Firm and Shayne Mathis with Fidelity National Title. What a team they are. My parents did not leave a will in place when they passed away many years ago. As a result, I did not have clear title to a home they left, and the situation surrounding this was very complex. I did not know where to begin to sort through the legal mess that was left. I went through this for many years and different attorneys, and nothing was resolved. Finally, I searched for a real estate lawyer and found Silberman Law Firm, and Grace An. I feel I was blessed to have found her. She immediately knew how to work through the process and what needed to be done in order to get a clear title so that I could finally sell the property at the center of this long ordeal.
