Custody or divorce seem to be normalized in current times. However, from personal experience these are some of the most stressful, emotional and difficult times of said persons life. From start to finish Caitlin has exceeded expectations with outstanding knowledge of proceedings and the law it’s self. Far from the stereo typed egotistical lawyer Caitlin brought real human emotion and understanding to each case allowing me to have a say in her approach. Caitlin was quick to respond no matter the actual urgency. In these times that carries a level of importance as what may not be seen as emergency can still way heavy on the ones involved. Every question I had was reassured and explained in terms I could readily understand. I can say for fact, as I’ve seen her manage workload that Caitlin sees her clients for people not a dollar sign. Only allowing herself to represent a certain amount of clientele at once so that she may provide the utmost attention each case deserves. You truly can’t teach the passion or focus Caitlin shares for her clients protection and over all well being. Make no mistakes! Behind Caitlins kind gentle appearance lies a disguised Trojan Horse of fierce battle readied pit bulls determine to fight for you. Chances are you’ve fought enough already. Unfortunately as a bread winner and male the law was not quiet designed to my benefit in all aspects. Needless to say I’m now elated as a willing 50/50 parent “getting” to spend the time with the ones who mean the most and my CS payments structured in the final order in a way to actually benefit the child. Not the recipient. It was with extreme ease I recognized Caitlins stronghold capabilities in watching her deteriorate opposing counsels arguments time and time again. Faulted or not mistakes or blinded choices led us all to choosing the wrong partner. Stop the trend and choose the right lawyer. Not only would I strongly recommend doing yourself the favor. I have several times. From client to friend, thank you so much for all your help Caitlin! Your efforts are not soon to be forgotten.

I hired Skillernfirm and have Caitlin working on the second half part of my case after Mediation until the divorce is finalized. Caitlin is a highly skill divorce/family/custody lawyer and very professional in her job - she can draft the divorce agreement in a very short time, very cost efficient, very effective in communication with all stake holders. Moreover she is very reachable, and promptly response in client's communication/client's questions despite the fact that the attorney are generally very busy at the court here and there everyday. My case can be somewhat semi-international case and she always have the answer for me in term of assets and custody issues. She understand clients in term of the expense of divorce cost and helps me closed my case very quickly on time without asking for more. She definitely delivers. The hour rates can be considerably high for some clients but thinking about returns of investment for money and timewise is highly recommended. It has been a big pleasure to working with Caitlin.

Everyone from the staff to Dustan are extremely professional. He was thorough at explaining everything. I highly recommend this firm to all my family and friends.

Mr Dustan Neyland made nothing but excuses for his subpar representation and gave unethical legal advice that put myself in danger only so his job would be “easier.” When I finally confronted him regarding this situation, he became arrogant, rude, and very unprofessional. When I needed his guidance most, he wasn’t there and worse he “fired” me after the confrontation and took my money with NO results and no offer of a refund. His unethical ways and unprofessional behavior are quite worrisome to anyone in a position of needing guidance. A grievance is filed with the state board. I have several messages supporting my statements or I would never claim them. Please spare yourself agony and find a more trustworthy person and lawyer.

After my wife filed for divorce, I searched for a good attorney for several months and interviewed 4 attorneys at different law firms and got 4 different answers to my questions that didn’t make sense to me. I consulted with Caitlin and hired her immediately. Caitlin knows the law; I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a great family law attorney!

Dustan Neyland just got my case dismissed after working really efficiently on my case. He really put the time and effort into making sure that all the justice was served. I really appreciated him and his staff always being super prompt to respond. Finding an attorney that has almost immediate response time is sometimes trying - but he was always prompt!
