Great Experience!

Navigating your way through an immigration process is both enormously challenging and stressful, particularly for someone who is poor with detail and admin. Dessi was referred to me prior to my arrival in the US in 2013 in the subsequent years she has walked me through from this initial stage to temporary, parmanent resident to green cards (2 yr and now 10 yr) and now to begin citzenship proceedings. She has been friendly, patient but most important timely and exceptionally knowledgeable. She has nursed me through my anxieties and provided confidence when it was needed. I will continue to use Dessi's services for years to come and can't recommend her highly enough.

I am editing a previous review I had posted about this firm. The 3 stars are for helping me with my case successfully. I took away two stars because of lack of guidance, slow to no response, and poor customer service during parts of the process.

She filed our immigration papers in the timely manner, she updates us with everything with regards with our petition & her professional fee was resonable.
