He didn’t have to give me legal advice on the subject matter I was calling about, but he took time out of his day to give me professional advice which I think benefited me so much. I went to his website to ask for free consultation. The woman calling back was very nice and listened to my epic story which took about 15-20 mins to fully explain. She then said he is available to speak with. So beginning to speak with him he asked me to explain the situation. So I started from the top repeating the same thing I just told the very nice woman who said she was not a lawyer. So not even a minute into explaining he felt he had rudely jump in and respond with, "how am I suppose to prove that?" Not even getting to the main portion of what I needed advice on. My first thought was if he is going to be rude and condescending, and then ask me how I'm suppose to do his job for him. I thanked him for his time and hung up. Good luck getting this guy to listen and be patient while describing your problem. Would not recommend.

Do yourself a favor and find yourself a law student with some ethics. You may find his hand in the defendant's cookie jar. I hired this so called attorney to represent me against a dentist ( Timothy Nguyen ) who broke my jaw bone during an extraction. I was bleeding massively and was rushed to Memorial Herman ER in the greater Heights area by the dentist himself. Shane in his response claims that my case did not have any merits and therefore did "NOT" take my case. Well, he is a lair. If you click on photos that I have uploaded, you will see that not only he agreed to take my case and also sent a letter of demand to the dentist. His letter of representation was delivered to the dentist office on 05/17/2018. After a few month of doing nothing about my case, Shane Kadlec informed me that he will be meeting with the dentist ( Defendant ) in his office to work out a settlement for my high ER bills and several month of pain and suffering . Needless to say that Shane sent me to his expert surgeon ( Dr Roger Byrne DDS ) for an evaluation and in his opinion I suffered permanent injuries . Finally on the day that Shane met the dentist in his office, he called me to inform me that he was wrong about my case and he no longer wanted to represent me. It's more than obvious that there is smell coming from Denmark and it ain't cheese. I let you be the the judge in this case. Stay away from his office or you might face the same injustice . In my opinion he should be disbarred .

He is amazing. He is very personal and always available to talk to if you have any questions. In the beginning, he is worried about you getting better and getting the help you need. He got me a bigger settlement than I ever expected. His assistant, Rose, is also great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.
