I’ve worked with Holt & Young for several years in my job as a Community Association Manager. They go above and beyond to help their clients by making sure that Managers have the knowledge they need to present to Board members. They provide timely detailed reports and are quick to respond to all questions. William Congdon is the paralegal for most of my accounts and he is amazing. I never have to ask for anything twice and he presents the information in a way that can be easily understood. Holt & Young makes my job easier, which goes a long way in my line of work.

I highly recommend Simmons & Fletcher, they took good care of my case after I was hit by a 18 wheeler, they sent me to the best doctors in town for my rehab, paralegal Stephanie Quinn is very professional and very kind person, the lawyer Chris Fletcher went above and beyond with my case ,they kept me inform of every step of my case and really care about my health, Priscilla Hernandez was amazing every time a called the office she immediately contact Stephanie or Mr.Fletcher to find an answer to my questions, when we went to mediation the defense lawyer told me, you really did a great job hiring Simmons & Fletcher because they are honest and most important they believe in God, so that was incredible because it was coming from the lawyer who was supposed to be agresive toward us but instead of that he said those kind words. I had previously left a review for this Law Firm when I was shopping attorneys after a motorcycle accident and so the first review listed below came before I was their client and am now leaving the following comments after having worked with them to pursue an at-fault insurance company that refused to cover my injuries: after selecting Simmons & Fletcher as my law firm they worked tirelessly to obtain a six-figure settlement w/ out having to go through the courts. They did everything they said they would do and more, Chris Fletcher is one of the finest attorneys I've ever worked with, and his Legal Assistant, Stephanie, kept all of us on target and on schedule, with good feed-back loops that kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend Simmons and Fletcher to you in a second, they really are a step ahead of the rest, they really shine in negotiations / mediation because they know personal injury law in Texas inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others ___________________________________________________________________ I am not a client of theirs, but rather met with them for an initial assessment of my case in order to discuss my legal options in dealing with a dishonest/unscrupulous insurance company. They gave me over an hour of their time and never pushed for me to sign a contract with them. Their attorney was incredibly professional and provided me with sound, ethical advice and even suggested that I continue to negotiate with the insurance company on my own to maximize the amount of the settlement that would go towards satisfying outstanding medical bills (when he could have easily urged me to get an attorney immediately to maximize their revenue). Moreover, the integrity that the firm demonstrates in their fee structure impressed me considerably (that is, the firm has a policy that they will not allow the practice to effectively pocket a greater amount than the remunerations a client receives from a judgement). Not many other firms do that--many attorneys will typically take their 33% / 40% regardless of whether the client recoups any money after paying outstanding liabilities/medical costs). I was very impressed with their people and their ethical practices and would not hesitate to work with them or encourage others to do the same.
