Worst experience ever. Julie Jackson was awesome. I had this firm for my case for over 2.5yrs and I would make an appointment to discuss my case with Jason and he would have receptionist call same day to cancel. I’ve never met him at all. Even the very last day to receive my payout he wouldn’t even come out to say anything. Julie called his extension and he said he’d be right out and never came out. While I sat and waited he was a no show. Very unprofessional With communication very unprofessional With responses about case. NOTHING.!! Thanks a million Julie you were very professional and attentive. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to no one. Thanks for nothing because the work that was done I could’ve handled from the comfort of my own home… Thanks again Julie you were great!!! Jason gets a thumbs down from me..
