Bobby helped me pick the most beautiful engagement ring for my fiance. He listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to produce an incredible final product. Bobby was always available to discuss the ring over the phone and was always very patient and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with Bobby and the ring is amazing!

Excellent service. Location is unusual, and it seems like it'll be unaffordable walking to the place, but the prices are fair and they are extremely helpful.

I went to Bobby to help me design an engagement ring using my fiancé's great-grandmother's diamond. He was very helpful, and guided me through the process which I admittedly was not very familiar with. Despite my lack of knowledge on the subject, he made me feel very comfortable about what I was doing and provided useful tips along the way. He did a very good job of making himself available via phone and was always very prompt to respond my emails as well. I was in a sort of a time crunch to get the ring made in a fairly short time frame, and Bobby went the extra mile to help us get the ring much quicker than I thought possible. The final product was perfect, and my fiancé and I could not be more pleased with the results!

Got both my wife's ring and mine here! Great products, great price, great people. Will be back in the future. Also, they were very discreet when working on the engagement ring. She was totally surprised. Thanks guys!
