If I could give them a 0 I would, i got into a bad accident. My last accident I got screwed so I am hesitant and asked alot of questions this man had the nerve to tell me when I'm ready to hire an attorney go to the people that screwed me over because he will not be there smh

I hired Eric, in June 2017, via phone, as I live in AZ. After talking with several other attorney's I chose Eric and I'm thankful I did. I liked him from the first.. My issue was an unusual Loan/Contract Dispute and opposing attorney was very obstinate. Eric's professional, knowledgeable, very intelligent yet down to earth. He's a pleasure to talk with and kept me informed at all times. He checks his emails throughout the day and responds quickly. The outcome of my case, which took 3 mos. to resolve, was acceptable to all parties. I found Eric's fees to be reasonable and he allowed me pay by credit card each month. I highly recommend Eric for any legal problem. He's an outstanding attorney.

I was involved in a car accident and the other insurance company only offered me 200 dollars for over 2000 dollars in medical bills. Eric took on my case and got me double my medical bills. I was loosing my mind with my legal problem until one of my friends told me about Eric Kirkpatrick. He helped me with my case, and this was one of my toughest moments of my life, but kirkpatrick was trust worthy and made this process a lot easier for me! I will 100% go back to him when I need help with any kind of legal issues I might have in the future.

I've know Eric since we were in law school together where I was a year ahead of him. On many occasions he's referred to me as "one of the smartest lawyers he knows." I think that statement needs to be flipped as I often go directly to Eric for advice. While my career path took me away from the practice I still look to Eric as my go-to resource. He fights, and fights hard, to protect the rights of those that are taken advantage of by corporation and their over-priced, exuberant, armies of lawyers. I actually have an out-of-state case that I'm involved in right now where I'm a party to the litigation. I would move heaven and earth to get Eric pro-hac'ed up here to my state to be my lead counsel as I have absolute trust in his knowledge of the law and his flawless ability to execute strategy on behalf of his client.

Kept us informed on a regular basis and made recommendations based on our interests, not his. Very professional and articulate. His knowledge of the law and court system is exceptional. Would definitely recommend him to others. His actions were based on solid principles and integrity.
