After getting into a Owner finance non written contract, the Pennell law firm got me out of a real mess. Specifically getting the opposing party to realize they had better settle, even with my neglect of a written contract, I won the case in mediation. Saving me THOUSANDS! Highly recommend.

I was a Plaintiff in a litigation involving a large sum of bail bond money which was mishandled by the Houston County Court. Kevin Pennell and his assistant, Michael were such a huge help to me in fighting through the County court system to get the bail money correctly routed to me. Kevin and Michael were both super organized and the proceedings were always well planned. I would recommend The Pennell Law Firm without any hesitation.

Mr. Pennell represented me in a business deal gone south because of a crooked associate and won me a multi-multi-million dollar law suit, which he made non-chargeable through bankruptcy. He took the fight all of the way to the Texas Supreme Court and intelligently fended of the defendant's motions calmly (even though I wasn't). Bottom line, we won because of Kevin Pennell's knowledge of the law and experience. I do recommend him highly!

Kevin was my lawyer some years ago. He represented me after my wife's death in a Hospital in Houston.
