I really want to leave a positive review as they are working on my case, that said at this moment I can not relate to the numerous accounts of the communication I can only recall 1 phone call out to me every call has been initiated by me. I get these things take time but in my situation I can not say that my concerns are as well shared as all of the other clients. I also have a rational thought process and I get my case is probably one of the least profitable ones so as a business it's understandable. I'm not mad about that. I'm concerned that I'm not going to have a home or phone by the time I'm compensated. Other wise they are friendly when I call
