Mr, Russell was recommended to me by a police officer. From the very first phone call he made me feel safe and made sure to let me know all of my opinions to fight the case. 4 months later after a few resets he dismissed my case and I couldn’t be happier. BOTH cases dismissed!! Neumann and Rodriguez did an amazing job for the felony case! They were a great duo proving my innocence. BWI (boating while intoxicated). It was a waiting game but paid off over 1yr later. Neumann kept pressing the DA for evidence that clearly was never there and was never provided in the end. This guy wanted to go to trial and I didn't he had Poor communication, poor attitude, poor appearance, I was lost in my case with him, all he wanted was money!!!! And I fired him cause he took my case as a joke!!!! I'm glad Tyrone C. Felony offense, looking at 2-10 years federal prison ,as Judge Powell said My attorney worked really hard on my case , and Im a very fortunate man to say the least I will not be doing any jail time.
