Beware! I called the law firm and spoke to Priscilla to get the total amount that will be due on the date they should receive my money order in the mail. I called again to request a paid in full receipt once they received and processed the payment. At that time I was told I owe more money. Amy, Mr. Snooks' paralegal, said they do not record their phone calls and that Priscilla did tell me the amount would increase. This is incorrect and recording the phone call myself would be the only proof. Amy also consistently interrupted and cut me off from completing any question I had for her. Not only were they rude once money is owed, but they ensured they will get more money owed to them by telling me the amount will not increase within the time frame I asked about and then denying they did so they can just continue to add fees.
