I purchased the Platinum Package (Children Over 18) & had access to step-by-step video instructions on how to file & complete my uncontested divorce. Art's videos were, to me, pretty self-explanatory but there were more than a few times that I needed help & had questions. In those cases, Art was more than a willing participant to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Keep in mind that Art is a practicing Divorce Attorney so sometimes I would not get an answer as soon as I tried to make contact, but there was never a time when I attempted to contact him where he took longer than two hours to respond. I loved this about his program because I'm the type of person that loves feedback & prompt responses & that's the major benefit of his program, quick response times.
