Nothing but great things to say about Mr. Simms, he personifies his motto "He will never be out prepared in court". He works hard in and out of the courthouse, is intelligent, calculated, and personable. That's an effective combination you want on your side. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Very good immigration Lawyer

This law firm is very bad. I had a case with them in 2013. Their price is 1/3 of whatever you receive. I was told the max I could get was $50,000. That gives them close to $17,000 off the top. Then I had to pay medical bills which I was told would be around $15,000. When the case was finally settled I ended up with $7,000. The places I was recommended to go worked with the lawyer and they didn't charge him the full price, yet he took the money from me like he was. It wasn't until I requested itemized statements did I find this out. Now I'm having the major hospitals requesting money from me as well as sending it to the credit bureau. They were only paid half. I also found out after the settlement was complete (through documents) that they requested the $50,000 from the insurance company. They had they want them to settle for the $50,000 because I could go to court and get more because I had severe damages and my medical bills totaled more. I don't even want to give them one star because they don't deserve that!

Me and My Fiance just settled a case today, Very horrible law firm, I would not recommend anyone to them, They lies, Never could get in contact with them!!!! They don't even follow up on the case, You have to call them Smh... Wasn't happy with the outcome, P.S. If you have to get a rental car from them, I recommend you don't!!!!! They tell u one thing, When it all over, Itz a different story... God don't like ugly!!! But it is what it is, Do Not Recommend this Law Firm!!!!

Rude ass people from the front desk to the assistants! Giving you attitude when asking question about your case. Making you feel like your an idiot. Always giving you the run around. Never seen or spoke to the lawyer only his assistants. Only time these people are nice is only to get your case and to get their money. These people seem to care only about themselves and not their clients. I do not recommend them at all!

It's hard to get in touch with someone to speak to about your case. I have left messages and it's been weeks and no one has returned my call. Continue to call and am transferred and asked to leave message which I continue to do and am waiting to receive a phone call from them. Very disappointed
