I was lied to for 4 months, their billing person is incompetent. I proved she wasn’t doing her Job, she would request things (because I pushed them & helped by calling myself and getting names & #’s), the requested info was returned and sat in her email. email & fax was sent 6 times, on the same item. I filed a complaint with TX State Bar. I’ve never been treated so poorly. They delayed & delayed for 4 months, because of her intensional laziness, my house foreclosed. With every action, there is a reaction. Shameful!
