I was referred to Mr. Busby through my job and was very skeptical about hiring anyone for my divorce. First off I would like to say thank you to Mr. Busby and Corina who worked closely with me to get this divorce done. It was not an easy case but Mike assured me that he could handle whatever the other side dished out and that he did. He knows his family law and he also has a good sense of humor. Knowing what I know now, I would use Busby and Associates all over again.

I went to Corina and Mike when I had to go back to court for my custody case. I knew my case would be a tough one to win due to Texas being a mother state. Mike and Corina did everything within their ability to win the case. Corina was able to give the the attentiveness I needed when I needed it. Mike is fearless and hard fighting. I would recommend them.

I hired Mike to handle a custody suit I was served with by my ex-husband. It was definitely going to be one heck of a fight given my ex had some serious mental health issues and a lot of financial backing. Mike advised me on what he thought was best but also went to bat for me when I insisted on doing things a different way. The other attorney was putting up quite a fight from the beginning - taking her clients word for face value - and by the time all was said and done she didn't even come to the final mediation for her client. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone going through a divorce or custody battle. He has now handled both for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

When an attorney tries to be funny and mocks your situation just because he doesn't think there will be a case, extremely unprofessional. Here his answer to my question about suing the state for losing my child. Here it is: "I would not be able to help you with this type of case, nor would I be able to give you a referral. I recommend the read the book of Job and pray for god to help your daughter get back on track. If there was no case, I think it would've been better to just say that. You don't know anything about my situation to treat me the way you did. Sir, not that is non of your business but let me clarify that I have a major in journalism, a corporate level job and a house paid in full with 4 cars parked in the driveway. Just so you think twice before making your own assumptions. I advice you to pray for God (God goes with capital letter by the way) so that He can fix your heart if you have one. So then he replied: "Yeah well you can take it as you like Point being that it is very hard to get a teenager that is near the age of majority back into your house" His response still needs to work, but it's a lot bettet than the first one where I was mocked and told to get a job with no knowledge of what the circumstances are. Yes I'm giving him 1 star because there is no a -1 negative one. Moral: don't take just his advice. Go find other attorneys that can be more respectful with you and your circumstances and you might even get a more experience one and even better rates. You're welcome

Sir u filed forged paperwork and I'm very suspicious it may have been your idea for an ex of a past client..u are reason my kids are abandoned in the Philippines with no family being raised by teen nanny that has no children..you made me look like I agreed to divorce but I did not...i even filed an answer stating I didn't. I hope you can see the affects it has on 2 beautiful well raised kids..i changed 98 percent if diapers while wife was busy getting drunk and abandoning children..its been almost 2 years and the mom is in United States . Leaving them. ..and still they are not back..u can tell I tried to avoid her going to jail..but hired a handwriting expert that can state that's not my signature ...its from a left handed person..see I initialed everything I signed in agreed custody..never divorce decree. And I suspect you are the brain behind a 1 and 4 year old gets left in 3rd world count0ry while mother is busy showing pictures getting drunk in converts and very often..she even broke her tooth falling on floor from alcoholism .i wish u call me because I'm a good soul and u can tell...after I purchased many companies in philippines..you know I was scammed by her and her ex husband .for you knew she had given full custody of her 3 past children to him..the youngest was only few months old..i paid all expenses since I wanted to provide a home for her and her children..her x was unemployed.he used the credit i helped him get through me paying home and vehicle for 7 years at high 9 percent interest..so you can see..thwy are American citizens and you promoted them living abroad.. It can resemble and repr3sent what you stand for..a.dollar over being a man that stands up for what's right and not promote parentless children being left in 3rd world country..you knew by her giv8ng her past 3 kids away that being a mother is not important to her life. Y'all broke my spirit..and still recovering..they were my best friends I wish you can see our videos..

Recent divorce case with the Law firm of Busby and associates. Mr Busby was particularly helpful in seeing the case to its conclusion and he also helped by offering a discount with my legal fees. Will recommend busby and associates.
