Weird interaction. I reached out this morning and explained that I’m in contact with 2 people that lost their homes and want to recover their funds. I was pretty much told no? I don’t even know honestly. The woman that answered the phone just explained “there’s a looooooooooot of research involved”, I explained the people seeking to recover was the homeowners and are alive? Told her I did my research (I’m a realtor, I deal strictly with pre foreclosures off market, mostly deceased people so I have enough experience), I think I was placed on a 2 sec hold, she came back and asked “if I have any other questions”, it was weird.

Cannot get ahold of this man. Called, texted, emailed, nothing. Tried to go to his office, they said there was no office for a Joe david wells. Ive been to FOUR different addresses teying to find this man.

I can understand that you are my brother’s court appointed lawyer, but his whole family has tried reaching out to you and we are getting nothing back from your end. If you don’t want to have nothing to do with his case please inform the judge that way he can get another attorney on his case, all you keep doing is resetting his court date because you are in court with some other matter or resetting due to bad weather, but you don’t even give my brother your client any kind of information about his case nor to his family. Will you at least have the heart to let the judge know he needs another attorney, since you’re so busy with paying clients Thank you 🙏🏼

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Walker since his law office was only finalizing some legal documents and a settlement check for myself and other family members. However, I can not speak highly enough about his legal assistant Amy! She explained everything in detail when we first spoke, walked me through the steps I needed to take on my end, and was available any I time I called or emailed for help. She had everything finished up for me within about 24 hours! If I need any legal help in the future, The Law office of Victor Walker will be my first call!
