If I could give more than five stars I would. So far my experience with them has been excellent and they left me with the peace of mind that they really care about the client. The first person I spoke to was Miss Alexa who was very kind and patient with me. She listened to my situation and guided me to have my first call with them. On the next call, Miss Paula was extremely empathetic, understanding and also patient with me. Talking to her took away all the nervousness I had and made me feel like I’d actually receive the guidance I need for my case. She was amazing. The main reason I contacted them was because I saw a TikTok live where attorney John Ting very kindly answered users' questions. I have seen other lives of immigration attorneys and none of them gave me the good impression and vibes that he did. After months of being on the fence and afraid to approach any immigration attorney, I definitely felt like I made the right choice.
