What was the problem/challenges you had before hiring us? I was waiting for my asylum interview for 5 years, and I tried all possible way to expedite my interview, but no luck. Attorney John was the key to get me the interview within less than 45 days! How was your experience with our customer service from onboarding to filing your package? Two things, CSR was always responsive via text messaging, which I really admire, in a very timely manner. Attorney John was replying back via video recording which was really impressive because not only I felt he was putting time and effort to answering my questions, but also I could keep track of the information and go back to it when I want. Why did you decide to hire our law firm? YouTube channel! This was the main reason why I decided to go with this law firm.
