My wife and I got married last year in Japan and we were concerned about the long green card processing times. We did not want to mess anything up to cause any delay, and we decided to get legal help. Fortunately we found John’s team online. They are upfront with their costs and explained the process to us in layman’s terms. Their team is easy to reach and very responsive. Since everything was reviewed and submitted properly the first time, my wife received her immigrant visa quicker than expected. We are very happy and just purchased our one way ticket to America. Amazing firm to work with: the head attorney/owner, John Ting, is very personable, friendly, welcoming and hard working. He always places clients' best interests first and is very efficient and timely with communication. His staff and team are equally efficient with communication and always available to answer any and all questions. I truly appreciated working with Yessica (and Margo, and the rest of the team)! They were very thorough with all the paperwork, and went the extra mile to prepare me for the process by providing educational videos, study material, and a Zoom call to discuss what to expect. I want to thank John and Yessica and the rest of the team for helping us get my husband’s immigration visa delay get wrapped up so quickly. We were stuck in administrative processing for 9 months without a reason with DS-5535. We believe that Ting Law firm was so professional, and so honest, they gave us prompt feedback even before we asked for it. They exceeded all our expectations when they got to work on the case and submitted it within just a couple of days, though they had promised a week. We also loved the payment plan that made this possible for us. We’re looking forward to working with them again in the future for the naturalization step.
