John and his team are very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. John has helped me navigate through all the constant changes in the complex immigration system to get my Permanent Residency. John was my lawyer since 2017 for my Permanent Residency and Citizenship. John is very professional yet easy to work with, as he is very friendly. I also appreciated how prompt and informative he was. It was a long and very stressful road for me, due to my circumstances for my Permanent Residency and there were some bumps on the road with delays- but he was there every step of the way and everything worked out in the end. I sincerely dont know what I would have done without Attorney Ting and his team. My husband (who is from south korea ) and i got married without thinking and long story short , my husband got detained by ICE in el paso. It has been such a struggle . I talked with Attorney Ting and his team on and off for two weeks before i hired him (I will never forget and always be grateful for you especially during that time ) . I was so cautious because our first lawyer failed us completely but throughout all the lawyers i checked and talked with , something always brought me back to John Ting . My story is filled with complications no one would believe unless they lived it but no matter what they threw at us , He always had a plan and course of action without hesitation. Throughout the holidays him and Jessica were still available to me and i never felt alone or forgotten. If they said they would call , they will . They followed up with everything. El paso processing center has been dealing with bond court dates being cancelled because of quarantine over and over ( shame on el paso) but Mr. Ting never lost momentum. Finally a bond court date went through and my husband was granted bond by a judge but these ICE agents must have thought they were bigger than the judge , they would not accept the bond payment every time i tried to pay it . They still were trying to deport him but my lawyer quickly called and emailed the right people to get this matter fixed asap which he did !!!! (And a really big thank you to the Immigration office in Charlotte NC for always answering their phones and also really working with me and my lawyer to get the bond approved by the processing center in el paso) . The Immigration laws are so complicated, I wish i would have hired him the first time then all of this would not have happened . I am not good at reviews and so much is left out but I hope that whomever is reading this , for your own mental well-being, choose this lawyer . I think we still have a long way to go lol and I am really grateful to be stuck on this journey with John Ting and his team ( thank you sincerely jessica ). My husband will be finally coming home today !!!!

Unfortunately, I used google reviews when I first contacted Mr. Don Nguyen. When I saw many 5 stars, I thought he was a good lawyer!!!! 5 * reviews can be done by him or his friends. He is not really experienced and if you want the most chances to loose your case go with him. Not recommended at all.
