We spent so much money and time on lawyers throughout the time we were looking for a way for my husband to work in the USA. He graduated as a nurse and H1B was not an option. Only Schedule A green card. We visited in Houston almost 3-4 lawyers, including FosterQuan and it was always the same result. 1) They enjoyed the mighty consultation fee with no concrete answers. 2) we ran behind them like chickens all the time to get updates on where our paper was ( by the we has paid some $3000 or so). basically we were drained financially.
