Very bad collecting information and bad communication skills.No one answers the phone's most the time and they wait til the last moment on documents as I experienced

I was referred to Mr. Jackson by a close friend after being involved in a car accident, during a rough time(mid Covid) Mr. Jackson and his team eased all of my worries. Very compassionate to the needs of my family and I, they immediately got to work finding the nearest rehabilitation facility to my home and getting the ball rolling with treatment at a top notch facility. During the process I received regular updates on my case and all my questions were met with a timely response. When it was all said and done my family and I were extremely pleased with the settlements we received. I have and will continue to refer anyone I know who needs great representation to J. The pandemic and quarantine made this process miserably slow through no fault of Mr. Wasserstein. Nonetheless he was eventually able to resolve the issue. He is very compassionate and patient. I would recommend him to anyone in need of expert legal representation.
