I met for an initial consultation last week with Martin Pack. I found him to be very engaging and personable. Although I am still in the process of deciding on a bankruptcy attorney, Martin revealed to me that he is a lawyer you can trust who will listen to you.

My experience has been great so far and I anticipate it continuing to be so!

The Law firm was supposed to have my mortgage and car loan reaffirmed. I kept asking them to do the paperwork to get them reaffirmed but kept telling me there was plenty of time. Also they kept telling me I had to request the reaffirmation paperwork from the mortgage company which was not correct. By the time they finally sent me the paperwork it was to late. Once they get your money they do not care. When I told them they waited to late the paralegal said she would talk to my lawyer about reopening the case long enough the get the reaffirmation done she would call me. I still have not heard from the law firm. I doubt very seriously I will hear from them because they don't want to take the time. Although my bankruptcy was discharged which hurts my credit the mortgage company and auto fiance company will not report my on time payments to the credit bureau's. They cost was low but I guess you get what you pay for. I am going to file to the appropriate agency a grievance against the law firm if they do not take care of my reaffirmation very soon. I have also consulted with a lawyer but have not made a decision.

All the employees of the law firm were very friendly, and made the whole process so easy, and simple. We would recommend the law firm to anyone.
