A tale of two lawyers-I had a situation with my mortgage company and after exhausting all of my rights, the only thing left to do was declare. The original ‘shoddy’ lawyer left me out to dry and almost cost me my home. He never followed up, couldn’t answer a single question, and was a disaster to deal with…Enter Mr. Phillip Trueba. He was loaded with cases but graciously took me on as a client. He explained in detail the process, was empathetic, never missed a deadline, and was ALWAYS prepared. I will never be able to thank him enough for his help and his leadership during one of the hardest times of my life. I made it through with his guidance and his perseverance with the court. Words can not fully capture nor echo our sentiments on Mr. Trueba’s craft, expertise, attentiveness, attention to detail, and personal relatability.
