Don’t explain your story during the free evaluation case because afterwards she’ll just ask for $5000-$8000. There is no contingency. Think y’all should know this is if you get fired from a job and it’s employment law. How to afford something like that if you have just been fired . 0 stars if I could .

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. Ms Murphy is the BEST. She's SO knowledgeable and passionate about keeping a safe and fair work environment. She is very patient and so nice. She's very reliable and resourceful as well. Her fees are very reasonable as well. She's very honest and she won't let you down. I can't tell you enough of what Makes her such an asset to the workforce community. We need more honest attorneys like her in the world. Thank you for being on my team.

What can I say about Mrs Murphy and her law firm. She took the time out to hear my case when every other attorney turn me down. She is amazing attorney that get the job done. I’m glad that Majorie Murphy was able to provide great service to all of you. I wish I could say the same. Unfortunately she gave up on me so easily before I got the chance to move forward with my case. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her but by the date of my appointment I had been going through domestic violence so my mind had been every where I could not remember that I had an appointment. When my reminder went off I contacted her to reschedule. She did not let me reschedule, she told me to seek other counsel because she was too busy. She was not understanding at all even though I was willing to wait for her as long as she wanted me to wait because I believed she was a great lawyer. I made one mistake of not making my appointment and she just let me go so easily so basically it was like my rights did not matter to her at all.

I would give more stars if I could. Marjorie and her team were very thorough from beginning to end of my legal matter. She was clear on expectation and strong with negotiations. Professionalism and respectful communication was a constant with all interactions with both me and the opposing side. She is highly knowledgeable on case law and quickly found multiple precedents that helped win our case. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of council on labor law disputes.
