Courtney Robinson and her team provided subpar service for my case. They neglected communication through the entire case, was lackadaisical with closing out milestones for the case, and in closing failed to provide any communication that Courtney was no longer even with the firm! Weeks would go by and i would receive no response. I had to consistently call directly to speak with the case manager because once Courtney got me to agree to hire her she was barely around anyway. The team itself is very incompetent and they stick to a script vs providing the unique service they should for each case. Settlement is not the concern, it’s the legal commitment this firm failed at and neglected me as their client. I will be filing a formal complaint with the bureau of better business and the Texas State Bar.
