I help my friend with her case due to this “law firm” treating her case as a joke. I work in corporate law and I don’t know how this firm calls themselves lawyers or professionals. Everyone in this law firm lies all the time, the paralegals give legal advice, the translators don’t translate correctly, the attorneys and translators do not show up to court every time, the marketing department claims to be lawyers with false promises made, they run your card with no notice. The receptionists are rude and talk bad about paralegals and attorneys. The drama in their employees is obvious upon waiting for a meeting. You can see the paralegals stressed with people demanding to see them. You can see the lawyers are translated wrong and do not care when you explain it to them. The supervisors are never available in the office. Bad employees make the few good ones we’ve ran into run away. My friends case has been open for 3 months. There’s been 3 lawyers and 5 paralegals on my friends case. They reset the case to 3 times in the lapse of 2 weeks because the attorneys did not show up. The translator showed up and told us to fire the law firm because it’s unorganized. She was on her social media and eating at court, after the judge kicked her out of the court she said this is why your attorney won’t show up. Then she texted somebody and stated it was the attorney saying we had to pay $300 at court next time for our bill when we paid in full. That same translator tried impersonating the paralegal on my friends case and translated the attorney’s call wrong recently. She admitted to dating the attorney and that’s how she knew the case. We spoke to the real paralegal and the attorney didn’t understand the wrong translations that she was trying to clarify. I reported all violations to the state bar already and the response to my review is in Spanish and shows me that they lack manners. Yo hablo y entiendo el español, pero no voy a dejar que siga este programa de ridículos payasos.

PERO YA VEO QUE ES EL PATRON QUE ELLOS SIGUEN, SON UNOS USUREROS, LO UNICO QUE BUSCAN ES SACARLE EL DINERO A LA GENTE, NO CUMPLEN CON EL CONTRATO PACTADO, PARA REPRESENTARTE PERO SI PARA COBRAR. NO SE PRESENTAN A LA CORTE Y TE DICEN QUE EL ABOGADO FUE Y QUE COMO NO LO CONOCES POR ESO NO SABIAS QUIEN TE REPRESENTABA, CUANDO EN REALIDAD SI TU CONTRATAS UN SERVICIO CON UN ABOGADO ÉL ES EL QUE DEBE PRESENTARSE, HABLAR CONTIGO PARA SABER TU CASO. PERO OLVIDATE NO LO HACEN , SOLO TE PONEN A HABLAR CON TITERES QUE NI SIQUIERA SABEN PORQUE ESTAS CONTRATANDO UN SERVICIO , SIEMPRE PACTAN UN DIA PARA CITA Y TE LLAMAN TRES DIAS DESPUES POR LLAMADA , Y SI HABLAS EN ESPAÑOL TE PONEN UNAS TRADUCTORAS QUE NI SIQUIERAN DICEN COMPLETO LO QUE LE HAS EXPLICADO . NADA COSTARIA UNA VIDEO LLAMADA POR LO MENOS DONDE SE PRESENTE EL "ABOGADO" Y TE BRINDE CONFIANZA O TRANQUILIDAD. ESTA GENTE DEFINITIVAMENTE NO ES DE FIAR. PARECIERA QUE HUBIESRS HECHO CONTRATO CON SIMPLES CHARLATANES. Y DESPUES DE ESTO SE QUE ME VAN A ESCRIBIR PARA QUE VER CUAL FUE MI CASO, PERO IGUAL DE NADA VALE PORQUE A LA FINAL SEGUIMOS PERDIENDO EL TIEMPO.

Pésima atención tanto por teléfono como en persona incumplen con su contrato los abogados no se presentan a la corte y después que estás ahí te dicen que se enfermo después te cambian de abogado sin ni siquiera notificarte los llamas te transfieren de un lugar a otro y nadie sabe darte una respuesta en fin después que están recibiendo su pago no les interesa más nada personalmente yo ya no tengo opción porque les pago a ellos pero busquen más opciones las hay mejores
