In my opinion, counsel Rahgozar is the best immigration attorney in the greater Houston area today. With her guidance and services, I got my green card in 6 months (15th Oct 2019 to 29th April 2020). She was so precision-driven and passionate in my case that in the end, I got my green card without even attending any interview. Under her guidance, expertise and strategy, we were able to provide relevant and key overwhelming evidence to the extent that it was determined that I did not require an interview to get the green card after all. When I walked into her office on the first day, she listened to my case patiently and then immediately advised on the easiest pathway to getting my green card. This was different from my initial plan. However, I accepted her advise and from there, everything just fell in place as planned, going through the mandatory processes and finally culminating in my getting the green card in 6 months. Kudos also to her wonderful secretary, Yenifer, who was on top her game at every point in time. In conclusion, if you want results, Ms Pegah Rahgozar is the go-to person. Candid advise.

My immigration case was an extremely complicated one, had been handled by 2 different immigration attorneys before, but still got NOID. Do not go here!! This is the worst experience I have had with any professional body. Very unprofessional and heartless place. Infact the I left the place crying because I wasn’t feeling well and even used my vacation to make this appointment only for me to get there and the receptionist tells me that she go out for another appointment. And the worst part is that she did not even have the courtesy to come out and tell me herself. Like you waited for me to get there first and I had barely sat down. Like who does that???? Her receptionist just told me in a very cold and unprofessional manner and told me they would refund my consultation money. This is what happens when people are greedy and will not employ other people to work with them. You then have to decide to choose you higher paying clients over others.
