What has an accident done to you? Have you ever felt so disappointed with law enforcement, the insurance companies, or people who don’t even take the time to hear you out? You become so frustrated that you end up settling for less than you deserve. Wanting to take the quick way out. So you don’t have to deal with it anymore? Never wanting to hire an attorney because at consultation you don’t understand but too afraid to ask questions. Later finding out pointers you wish you knew then because now they no longer benefit you? Because I have. Family to take care of, a job pulling me a million ways, doctors appointments, LIFE. It feels impossible! But let me tell you about mrs. d’ann hinkle. From the very beginning I never felt like I was in it alone. Informative & comprehensive. Involved & resourceful. Dependable & responsible. & a staff who reflects that just as well. The staff represents her and the office just as professional as she presents herself. When I felt like no one would help or that no one wanted to help.. she thrives on making people feel the complete opposite.. cared for. Taken care of. I 100% would recommend a friend/family member because I want my friends and family to feel as I have at their lowest, taken good care of. Like they matter because they do.

I received a threatening letter even though I do not own the car involved in the accident (sold several years ago and title transferred). I would post the letter but I was able to talk to the office and clarify. Typical ambulance chaser attorney... Updated 9/16. Thanks for your response. I understand your process, however your letter template should be internally reviewed and rewritten.

Every time I met her she was kind and will give me high hopes but very unprofessional. I’ll pay the filing fee and all documents on time and she will still not submit on time. I got denied saying that your lawyer’s information is outdated.
