Going on a year with my case; have not spoken to the lawyer in charge of my case since December 2023 and it is impossible to get a true update or obtain any communication from anyone with a full knowledge of my case. Calls are routed to either an offsite or conventional operator/telephony rep who makes a claim that she will forward the callback request to a paralegal/lawyer; nothing further happens. They talk a good game in the very beginning to secure you as a client; then, you hear this ongoing fluff about how the case will be an easy open/shut matter, how you'll get "more money" if you get spinal injections, then they disappear. I fell for it, too. Would not recommend.
