I'm grateful to this great company, Foster Global and the team that handled my H-1B Cap-Exempt case, filed on my behalf by my employer, Texas State- TXST. The processing went so smoothly and fast and ended successfully with my 3-year work authorization in my hands within just one week. The ease and speed with which the H-1B Cap-Exempt was processed and approved say little about the enormity of hard work that went into it. I received mails and guidance at both daytime and evening, which defied the work ethic here in the US. The attorneys walked me through and handled the entire process with regard for the minutest of details. The more gratifying thing about it was that the team also looked out for the progress on my concurrent Permanent Residency application too, guiding me on careful steps to take and counseling me to always check with the attorneys handling my PR case in order not to allow any mistake such as a planned international travel affect my ongoing PR case, and when my Green Card came, they were quick to know and reach out to congratulate me and update my status as a Legal Permanent Resident. The depth of the team's knowledge, professionalism and kindness largely accounted for the success of the H-1B and I'm grateful.

They advised on future implications of this USCIS error and got it resolved in record time (considering how slow USCIS can move sometimes).
