It’s been 4 years. You’ve already settled with one insurance company and kept all the money. You won’t return emails and I have to beg for updates. It’s always “we are waiting on” or “ that guy doesn’t work here anymore and I found your file on his old desk”. Please, if your reading this review, stay far far away from this joke. Michael G. I highly recommend the services of Mr. Westbrook. He made a bad situation manageable, straightforward, and easy without worries. I found Mr. Westbrook highly reputable when compared to other attorneys I met with. Mr. Westbrook would always promptly respond to my questions. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Westbrook in the future, should the need ever arise. Overall, one of the best attorneys I have ever used.

Attorney Nick Westbrook was an excellent attorney. He and his wonderful and sweet assistant Jessica were very professional, caring and efficient in helping me from start to finish. They walked me through the process to make sure that I total understand and comfortable. My case was smooth.

Be careful if you hire this attorney. They are really bad at communication. They have very horrible manners. They speak to you as if you work for them. It is 2021 and my case has not been settled since 2017. This has to be the worst Law Firm in Houston! Please consider other law firms don't find out the hard way like I did.

I just completed my chapter 13 bankruptcy and I must say this law office is bomb!! They’re so efficient and very easy to work with with. In the 5 years of dealing with them, I’ve never had 1 complaint. Everything just flowed and all of my questions were answered promptly. Thank you Mr. Westbrook and Jessica for helping me rebuild.
