I didn’t feel comfortable talking to him on the phone something about him makes me feel uneasy !! He is a little rude and only explains if you ask especially if my first question in the paid phone call was (can you explain the process for filling bankruptcy in general for me please especially with the covid 19 going on ) never volunteer information about case process in general! Most clients will call with lack of knowledge so they expect a little leniency from the attorney if a common question is asked!! also Jessica his assistant was friendly but not responsive , his office charged me $100 to answer 5-6 questions which is ridiculous another reason why I gave his office 2 ⭐️ Went with another attorney paid him $800 More than what Mr. Brooks office were asking me but I know I feel good about paying more but in return I get more experienced attorney and more friendly and responsive service. I am not saying don’t go with his office but my personal experience was as I stated above. Good luck everyone
